Rock Paper Scissors Collective
A community arts space
Store

RPSC provides a retail space for members, volunteers, the artist in residence and the Street Styles program to sell their items, such as:

hand-made clothes

crafty supply kits

stuff for men (ie cufflinks, ties, etc)

hand made purses, bags or pouches

items for kids (hand made stuffed animals, coloring books, etc)

When you make a purchase at RPSC, you are supporting community-driven creativity! 60% of your purchase goes to the artist while 40% goes to keeping our doors open and accessible to all.

Getting paid

When your item sells, you’ll be paid for it by check in the first two weeks of the month following the sale (ie, if the item sells in April, the check will be ready by mid-late May). You will be notified via email that you have a check to pick up.

When dropping off merchandise, if you would like us to mail you the check for your items, please provide a self-addressed stamped envelope. While postage may be only $0.45 for one letter, sending mass quantities of mail really cuts into our non-profit budget and this is one way for you to help us out a bit.

Our consignment rate is 60% Vendor/40% RPSC.

Volunteer in the Store

Did you notice that our hours changed? Why’s that anyway? Well, part of it is because we want to go out and have some fun this summer. And the other part of it is because we are shorthanded in the store. If you’re interested in helping out, there’s a few things you should know first.

Training to work in the store takes about 10 – 20 hours so we’re not really into training somebody who can’t stick around very long. (But we definitely want your volunteer time!)

We’d like it if you worked at least two shifts a month so you don’t forget what your doing.

The last thing that you should know is that you won’t be getting paid. You may have known this already, but I just thought I would stress it, just in case.

Still Interested? Awesome! Email volunteer at rpscollective dot org to learn more.
